We accept returns. You may return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it thoroughly and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund the purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. In the event that you believe a product is defective, you should contact us promptly at info@schwarzweissgroup.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the main warehouse.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it thoroughly and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled, we will send you a replacement product.
SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (for example, we shipped an incorrect quantity or it was damaged), we will accept responsibility for all shipping charges related to the return and will provide a shipping label paid for by Shipmonk via email for orders within the United States.
If the return is not due to our error (i.e., you ordered it and then decided you didn’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping charges.
