Tacos are a big hit with practically everyone! Why not change taco night up with this exciting take that utilizes our delicious tuna belly in place of other meat?
INGREDIENTS:
4 persons
- S&W tuna belly
- Olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- ½ mashed avocado
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
- Vegetables of your choice
- Taco tortillas
PREPARATION:
- Mix ¼ cup of mayonnaise, ½ mashed avocado, ¼ cup of chopped onion, and 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and let stand.
- In a skillet with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, sauté tuna belly, stirring until lightly browned, and remove from heat.
- Heat a grill over high heat and place tortillas, turning once or twice.
- Finally, place ¼ of the tuna mixture onto each tortilla, and add vegetables of your choice and the avocado cream.
